Complete Questionnaire
After the call, we’ll send you a short questionnaire to complete. This gives us the details needed to build accurate pricing, including:
- Product size and weight
- Storage requirements (on hand pallets, cases per month)
- Annual inventory turns (physical inventory turns)
- Order volume
- Pick and pack vs bulk shipping
- Packing slip or insert requirements
- Any special handling or service levels

Custom Solution
Northland creates a pricing structure for each program. Fees are based on the actual work required to store, pick, pack, and ship your product — not a generic template.
Your quote may include:
- Storage fees
- Pick and pack fees
- Shipping costs
- Receiving fees
- Value-added services if required

Service agreement
Once pricing is finalized, we send a service contract outlining storage rates, shipping rates, and service levels. This agreement defines how the program will run and what you can expect from our team.
After setup, you’ll be assigned a client manager who oversees your account and keeps everything moving.
